Returns

Thank you for shopping at Voice Systems Travel&Conference. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Voice Systems Travel&Conference. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Voice Systems Travel&Conference, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery to local carrier.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.
If you would like to return a product, we expect you to contact us via e-mail: info@systems4voice.com and we will settle all the details.
We do not accept any direct return without communication. All returns must obtain the corresponding return address provided by us. When you return the product, please e-mail us with the return tracking number so that we can handle the returns and issue the refund for you in time.

Please include the original order packing in the return package. Please ensure all the products are in the original conditions and provide us with relevant certificates (pictures or videos).

Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Voice Systems Travel&Conference is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Under no circumstances shall Voice Systems travel & Conference team be liable for any duties and taxes on orders placed and returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 14 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Under no circumstances shall Voice Systems travel & Conference team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Voice Systems travel & Conference team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Refunds

We at  ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. Online payment will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Voice Systems Travel&Conference is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
